Printer’s Row Coffee Co… THIS PLACE. This Roastery is beyond exceptional. Let’s start with this blend cause that’s what you’re here for right?? The Flavor profile in these beans didn't originally draw me in, I usually go for their Tanzania Origin beans but I wanted to try something different and I was informed that these are the beans they were using for their espresso machine in the shop so I wanted to give it a go-and they didn’t disappoint. When made in the espresso machine, they pulled a full bodied flavor profile as well as just about the best crema to date ( I know I said that last time but I mean it this time!! )

If you’re in the Chicago area I highly recommend stopping into the shop- the atmophere they set is friendly, chill and local (they remember me!! haha). Also, they have their roasting machine right there for you to watch the process if you have a minute to spare! The Barista’s are friendly and when I purchased the coffee beans they were so fresh that the bag was still warm from the roaster!! I’m absolutely obsessed and will keep treating myself to their fun seasonal drinks (with in-house made syrups!!) and Oatley floats on the patio in the warmer days. Oh and keep your eyes pealed for their events as well, they support local artists and host dog parties and donate proceeds to different charities and really focus on giving back to the community!! All around a great local Chicago gem that is worth a visit next time you’re in Chicago

Ok i’m done fangirl-ing about this place LOL I promise these won’t be so long usually😂
