This is a blend I buy over and over again!! Metric is, in my opinion, one of the best roasters in Chicago. Top 5 for sure. I love the full bodied flavor, especially with breakfast or a pastry. It’s notes and roasting level create the perfect flavor to pair with a sweet snack.

Typically, I’ll make this in my French press, but I’ve been using the pour over method lately and I am obsessed! It definitely brings out the round bodied flavor in this blend.
