This was my first time trying coffee beans from Temple Coffee Roasters and wowie… it was GOOD. The flavor was bold but smooth, and when made with our espresso machine pulled the most satisfying taste as well as just about the best crema to date. . I didn’t realize how much detail actually goes into making the perfect espresso. Everything from the perfect pressure, to making sure there are no coffee granules in any crevice of the espresso machine to throw off the balance even just by a minuscule amount. Seeing the process and care put into making even just one shot gave me a whole new appreciation for my fave baristas and for every single latte, americano and drink in between I get… LOL i’m getting deep about my coffee… what’s new.
