Medium - Light Roast

This full-bodied blend was a limited release by Counter Culture so it was a must-try for me! There’s something special about limited releases and the fun adventurous liberties roasters tend to take with them! This one was a really really nice slightly acidic flavor, while still maintaining the round full-body flavor.

Counter Culture is a great roastery that has had a huge win recently with their B-corp certification! I love being able to supporting local coffee roaster who also care about the community as well as the well being of our environment and culture… Counter Culture gets a ‘five bean’ (out of 5 hehe) rating from me and I can’t wait to see what their next limited release will be!!
