First stop this summer was Memphis!! We drove down for three days to drop off a dear friend who was moving from Chicago.

I fell in love with the small town vibe and the kind people in Memphis.

Memphis was also fun because it's were I decided to start vlogging! A new thing I'm trying that is both challenging and super fun. I found vlogging to be helpful for me to remember better, too, and its fun to go back and reflect on everything that happened and the people I met and things I've learned.:)

We went to Memphis with no other plans that to just explore, and that started even before we got there.

On the road we stopped into a small antique-y thrift-y town where we found shelves and shelves of old Americana antiques and fun quirky things you can't really find anywhere else. The roadtrip also included stops in old abandoned farmhouses:) When we got to Memphis, there was no agenda and we walked ALOT. It was fun to see the side of Memphis that the natives new, rather than the touristy view. We walked around the entire city, went to little coffee shops, and explored back alleys and warehouses for photoshoots:)

ANYWAYS, here's a lil vlog I made from the trip!

I love visiting new places. It's always exciting and refreshing to get away from what I'm used to, and it's even better when I get to do it with friends:).  I hope you enjoyed this vlog/ blog!!

Pop in soon to see one another one of my fun summer trips:)
